Presentation of a minimally invasive aortic valve replacement with a St. Jude Medical Biocor Stented Tissue Valve. The native valve is replaced via a right anterior thoracotomy incision in a 72 year male patient diagnosed with severe aortic insufficiency and a left ventricular ejection fraction of 45%.
